Our Plant Guarantee

Nursery stock planted by Suburban Lawn is guaranteed once at 100% of the original purchase price. Nursery stock purchased and planted by the Customer is guaranteed once at 50% of the original purchase price. The customer must present or reference the sales receipt for the plant in question and have paid the account in full. Generally we will inspect the plant in question at the Customer's site before a guarantee claim is processed. Guarantees are effective for one year from the date of purchase. Credits may be applied to the purchase of nursery stock. This guarantee excludes: transplanted stock existing at the customer site, ground cover, annuals and perennials.  Plant problems can be caused by a combination of factors. The more background information you can provide the better we will be able to determine the proper growing conditions for replacements.  To help us analyze the site conditions, fill in the Warranty Replacement Form and call, mail or fax the form to us.
